Fix the system, not the person. / व्यवस्था सुधारें, व्यक्ति पर निशाना नहीं।
Do / करें
- Describe the service, place and date. "Ration card update in Lucknow took 3 months (2026)." सेवा, जगह और तारीख़ बताइए।
- Share what happened to you and what would fix it. अपना अनुभव और सुझाव लिखिए।
- Link the official source for facts if you can. तथ्य के लिए आधिकारिक लिंक दें।
- Disagree politely. सम्मान से असहमति जताइए।
Don't / न करें
- No names of officials or anyone else. No accusations against a person. किसी अधिकारी या व्यक्ति का नाम लेकर आरोप नहीं।
- No personal details: phone, address, Aadhaar, PAN, application numbers, photos of people. फ़ोन, पता, आधार जैसी निजी जानकारी नहीं।
- No abuse, hate or threats. Nothing against any religion, caste, region, gender or group. गाली, नफ़रत या धमकी नहीं।
- No party politics. No campaigning, party symbols, vote appeals or exit polls. किसी पार्टी या उम्मीदवार का प्रचार नहीं।
- No fake news. Don't post what you know is false. Label AI-made images and videos, and never fake a real person. झूठी ख़बर नहीं; AI से बनी सामग्री पर लेबल लगाइए।
- No leaked secret documents, no attacks on judges. गोपनीय सरकारी दस्तावेज़ नहीं।
- No sexual content, no spam, no ads. अश्लील सामग्री, स्पैम या विज्ञापन नहीं।
What happens next / आगे क्या होता है
- Issues and ideas are checked before they appear. We approve or reject them; we don't rewrite them. We never edit your words: a post that names a person or shares personal details is rejected with the reason, so you can post it again without them. समस्याएँ और सुझाव मंज़ूरी के बाद दिखते हैं।
- Comments appear straight away. 3 reports hide a comment until we review it. कमेंट तुरंत दिखते हैं; 3 रिपोर्ट पर छिप जाते हैं।
- Breaking the rules can get content removed or an account closed, and you are legally responsible for what you post. नियम तोड़ने पर पोस्ट हट सकती है या खाता बंद हो सकता है।
- You must be 18+ to post, comment or vote. पोस्ट/कमेंट/वोट के लिए उम्र 18+ होनी चाहिए।
